the location was great. the grounds are fine. the actual cabana was wonderful. i had an amazing stay.
the second bed had not been made up as requested and there was no toilet roll in second bathroom. at the end of a long drive i waited for linen to be delivered. i made the bed myself, so that felt unacceptable given the price.

I really enjoyed exploring the woodlands! I followed blue and yellow markers and it was so good and challenging. I enjoyed eating in the restaurant in the evening and breakfast there in the mornings.
The staff seemed unwilling to help. They would not allow us to have both pizza and chips together? It honestly reminded me of the staff would have done anything to be as least helpful as possible.

The grounds are very lovely and clean! The staff in the restaurant were nice, and the receptionist was helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay here, it was very relaxing. All the accommodations was fabulous.
